i am not the kind of person who would write reviews, but i can't pass on this one. The place is good, tents are clean but describing the service to be PATHETIC would be over rating the whole experience. We reached the camp site around 8 at night in bitter cold and when asked for hot water the shameless guys there said a big no!! TO add icing on the cake, there was no water in the washroom and another shameless guy came up and said that you can have water in the morning just to wash your faces. When asked for extra quilt, the reply was-" you won't feel cold in a the quilt that's already there' and belive me folks it was freaking cold there and next morning one of use was down with fever because of the cold night. Next morning we were supposed to go for safari, the owner Mr Abbas overcharged us for the safari, we paid 850 bucks per head but the rate was 650 and then we had to wait an extra hour for the gypsy to take us for safari and moreso you are not allowed to stay in the jungle beyond 10.30 and an hours delay in the morning reduced our safari time to two hours so in total, we paid extra from our nose to go on a shortened safari!! Returning from the safari, we were again welcomed with no hot water for taking shower so few of us took shower in freaking ice cold water. The owner was more interested in playing cricket with the guests rather than treating his guests well. in few of the tents, even there was no water in the toilets. The food also is by no means at par with what we have had at other places. Overall it was like throwing your money into the drain. For anyone going there i would suggest avoid this resort and if you have to go there don't pay in full keep some money to be paid after the stay. THe owner is by no means a gentleman!! Hats off to you Mr Abbas for pulling this up so well for the last three years.
